How To Use:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of Post Jym Recovery Matric into 16-24 oz of water, prefereably within 30 minutes after workouts. Consider drinking over the course of 15-30 minutes. For better results, consider using Pre JYM prior to workouts.
